Kalyan is the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Lumenci and operates out of the Lumenci’s head office located in Austin, Texas. Kalyan is a thought leader to reckon with for patent, source code analysis and blockchain issues where he is regularly invited as speaker in several US universities and industry panels. He is also a testifying expert in source code matters at ITC, District Courts and Arbitration​, and has been a part of $2B+ in IP litigation and licensing outcomes​.

Kalyan oversees organizational, operational, and core technology strategy at Lumenci. He is elemental in shaping the fundamental mission and principles​ at Lumenci. His role as the Chief Growth Officer involves growth strategy, technical delivery and consulting, business development, key partnerships, and organizational culture.

Kalyan has been a mentor to several startups and has successfully built and scaled many consulting teams. He has authored several articles of industry impact such as Strategies For Remote Source Code Review published in Law 360.

He is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Roorkee and has had stints in Software Engineering at CSC prior to moving to Intellectual Property domain. He is passionate about innovation in legal technology space and ardently seeks to revolutionize this industry with new-age solutions.
